I'm Ju, Pilates by Ju. I've spent over 20 years working in health, fitness and movement, and The Coastal Reset is something I've wanted to create for a long time: a few unhurried days by the sea, with brilliant people around you, dedicated to helping you feel stronger and more like yourself again. I'll be leading every Pilates session myself, alongside a small team I trust completely.

Yes. Let us know any allergies or requirements when you book, and Aggie will plan every meal around them.
Both options are available: book a shared room if you're coming with someone, or book a private room to have your own space for the whole stay.
A £295 deposit secures your place, with the balance due before arrival. The full terms and cancellation charges are in the Terms and conditions at the bottom of this page.
Yes, this isn't a dry retreat. You're welcome to bring your own, or have some delivered to the house ahead of your stay.

We want booking your retreat to feel as relaxed as the retreat itself. These terms are written to be fair to you and to explain clearly what happens if plans change.
These terms are between you and Pilates by Ju The Coastal Reset ("we", "us") of 89 Orchehill Avenue, Gerrards Cross SL9 8QL. You can contact Ju any time at cutlan75@sky.com. The person making the booking must be 18 or over and agrees to these terms for everyone named on the booking.
The Coastal Reset starts on Thursday 30 September 2027 and costs £1,295 per person in a shared room. Your place is confirmed once we receive your £295 deposit and email you to confirm. The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your place and covers bookings we make for you early on. The £1,000 balance is due by Thursday 5 August 2027. If you book after 5 August 2027, please pay in full when you book.
We will send you a friendly reminder before the balance is due. If it is still unpaid 7 days after the due date, we will get in touch before treating the booking as cancelled.
You will share a room with one other guest. If you are coming with a friend or partner, tell us and we will put you together. We will always do our best to meet any sharing requests.
Shared accommodation for the whole retreat, meals as set out in your retreat information, and all Pilates classes and scheduled sessions. Not included: travel to and from the retreat, travel insurance, alcohol, optional treatments and personal spending.
We understand that life happens. Just email us to let us know, and the charges below apply from the day we receive your email.
| On or before 22 July 2027 | Your £295 deposit only. Anything else you have paid is refunded in full. |
| 23 July to 19 August 2027 | 50% of the total (£647.50) |
| From 20 August 2027, or if you don't arrive | The full £1,295 |
These charges only cover costs we have already committed to on your behalf, such as accommodation and catering. If we are able to fill your place, we will refund everything you have paid apart from your deposit. You are also welcome to pass your place to a friend at no cost (see section 5).
If something outside anyone's control, such as severe weather or official advice not to travel, means the retreat can't safely go ahead for you, you can cancel before it starts for a full refund.
You can transfer your booking to a friend or family member free of charge, up to Thursday 23 September 2027. Just email us their name and contact details. They will need to agree to these terms and pay anything still owed.
Small changes, such as swapping the order of sessions, can sometimes happen. If we ever need to make a bigger change, such as to the dates or accommodation, we will tell you straight away. You can then accept the change or cancel for a full refund.
If there are not enough bookings for the retreat to go ahead, we will let you know by Thursday 2 September 2027 and refund everything you have paid within 14 days. If we have to cancel for any other reason, you will also receive a full refund within 14 days. We can't cover your own travel costs, which is one reason we ask you to have travel insurance.
Please take out travel insurance that covers cancellation and medical costs when you book. We will ask you about any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or dietary needs so we can look after you properly. If you are unsure whether the retreat is right for you, have a chat with your GP first.
Every session is optional. You are always welcome to rest, adapt a movement or sit out. Please work within your own limits and let Ju know how you are feeling. Our sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Looking after each other. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. In the rare case that a guest's behaviour puts others at risk or seriously disrupts the retreat, we may ask them to leave.
Our responsibility. We will deliver the retreat with care. Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the price you paid. None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer.
If something isn't right. Please tell Ju during the retreat so she can put it right straight away. If you are still unhappy afterwards, email cutlan75@sky.com within 28 days and we will reply within 14 days.
Photos. We may take photos for our website and social media. Just tell us if you would rather not appear in them.
Your information. We only use your personal and health details to run your retreat, and we never share them for marketing.
